Detroit, MI – The Detroit Red Wings have traded veteran round draft pick.
Commodore signed a one-year contract with the Red Wings last July and registered two assists in 17 games.
The 32-year-old has compiled 23 goals and 83 assists in 471 career games with New Jersey, Calgary, Carolina, Ottawa, Columbus and Detroit. He won a Stanley Cup with the Hurricanes in 2006.
