Columbus, OH – Ohio State head football coach Urban Meyer underwent an emergency appendectomy Wednesday morning.
Meyer had the procedure performed at OSU's Wexner Medical Center, according to The Columbus Dispatch.
The 50-year-old Meyer guided the Buckeyes to the 2014 national championship and won two titles with Florida in 2006 and 2008.
