MLB All-Stars win again in Taiwan

Josh Reddick doubled twice and scored a Stars to a 5-3 win over the game exhibition series.

The MLB All-Stars won the opener on Tuesday, 7-0, behind a grand slam from Curtis Granderson, who also knocked in a run on Thursday. The series continues with games Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Reddick, an outfielder for the Boston Red Sox, led off the seventh inning with a double and eventually scored on a wild pitch to snap a 3-3 tie. Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano, fresh off his Silver Slugger Award, doubled in a run later in the seventh to account for the final margin.

Granderson drove in Angels shortstop Erick Aybar with a fielder's choice in the first inning to give MLB the lead. Reddick led off the third with a double and scored on an error for a 2-0 edge.

The Chinese Taipei team scored the next three runs before Cano singled in the sixth and scored on a base hit by Ronny Paulino to tie it.
