Miami snatches commit from FSU

Miami hasn't been able to take an ACC crown away from Florida State lately, but the Hurricanes did manage to wrestle away a recruit.

Three-star class of 2017 cornerback Nick Roberts revealed on Saturday that he has verbally committed to Miami.

The 5-11, 175-pound Roberts, who comes from Orange Park, Fla., had several offers, including one from FSU.

According to 247Sports, Miami's recruiting class of 2017 is currently ranked No. 2 in the country.
