Greenwood, SC (SportsNetwork.com) - Alejandra Llaneza birdied the final hole Sunday to win the Self Regional Healthcare Foundation Women's Health Classic by one stroke.

Llaneza closed with a 1-under 71 to finish at 10-under-par 278. The victory was her first on the Symetra Tour.

Casey Grice posted a 2-under70 to end one shot back at minus-9.

Llaneza and Grice exchanged places early in the round. Llaneza bogeyed the first to slip to minus-8, while Grice birdied two and four to grab the lead at 9-under.

Llaneza traded a birdie for a bogey from the fifth, then dropped another stroke at eight to dip to 7-under. Grice birdied the sixth, but gave that shot right back as she bogeyed the seventh.

Grice made the turn with a 2-shot lead, but Llaneza birdied the 10th to move within one. Grice birdied the 11th before faltering to a bogey on No. 12. Grice parred the final six holes to end at minus-9.

Llaneza joined Grice in the lead with a birdie at 14. After three pars in a row, Llaneza birdied the par-5 18th for the win.

Jimin Kang closed with a 72 to take third at 7-under 281. Ani Gulugian (70) was one back at minus-6. Madeleine Shields fired a 5-under 67, the low round of the day, to soar into fifth place at 5-under 283.
