Lille confirmed on Friday that goalkeeper Mickael Laundreau's contract has been terminated by mutual consent.

No details have been disclosed regarding the reason for the departure of the 33-year-old, who has made over 100 appearances for the club since joining in 2009.

"Lille and Mickael Landreau have decided by mutual consent to end their collaboration. The club and the goalkeeper have today (Friday) signed an agreement to end his contract with immediate effect," an official statement said.

Landreau began his professional career at Nantes and also played at PSG prior to his arrival at Lille.

The former France international started all 15 of Lille's games in Ligue 1 this season.
