Waalwijk, Netherlands – RKC Waalwijk announced on Monday that former coach Erwin Koeman will take charge next season for Ruud Brood.
Brood will take over at Roda following the current campaign, allowing Koeman to return as manager on a two-year contract.
The 50-year-old Koeman began his managerial career at RKC and is pleased to be returning the club.
"I know the club, I have worked there before," Koeman told RKC's official website. "The management and the people who work there know what they want, they are very clear."
Koeman has also enjoyed spells with Feyenoord and the Hungary national team while he is currently in charge of FC Eindhoven.
