Jorginho takes charge at Flamengo
Sao Paulo, Brazil – Flamengo has named former Brazil international Jorginho as its new head coach, replacing Dorival Junior.
The 48-year-old Jorginho was a member of Brazil's 1994 World Cup team, while he also spent time in Germany and Japan during his playing career.
Jorginho joins Flamengo on a contract that runs through next December after serving as an assistant to Brazil manager Dunga at the 2010 World Cup.
