The Memphis Grizzlies have extended qualifying offers to restricted free agent forwards Marreese Speights and Darrell Arthur, giving the club the ability to match any offer sheet the players may sign with another team.

Speights posted career highs with 8.8 points and 6.2 rebounds in 60 games with the Grizzlies last season after being acquired from Philadelphia on January 4 in a three-team trade that also involved New Orleans.

Arthur missed the entire 2011-12 season with a torn right Achilles. He averaged a career-high 9.1 points in 80 games the previous season.
