Tommy Gainey collected his long awaited first PGA Tour title on Sunday and that victory helped him soar 58 places to No. 125 in this week's world rankings.

Bo Van Pelt won the European Tour event in Australia, but that win gave him just a one spot bump to No. 23 this week.

The top 8 in the rankings remained the same with No. 1 Rory McIlroy followed again by Tiger Woods, Luke Donald, Lee Westwood, Justin Rose, Adam Scott, Bubba Watson and Webb Simpson.

Jason Dufner finished second behind Van Pelt and inched up one to No. 9. That bumped Brandt Snedeker down to 10. Steve Stricker, Louis Oosthuizen and Matt Kuchar remained 11th through 13th. Keegan Bradley and Dustin Johnson exchanged places with Bradley improving to 14th.

Zach Johnson and Phil Mickelson were 16 and 17 again this week, while Sergio Garcia and Graeme McDowell flip-flopped positions with the Spaniard up to 18th. Hunter Mahan again rounded out the top 20 this week.
