The Pittsburgh Steelers insist they're not an undisciplined team but understand they look like one on Sundays.

The Steelers drew 13 penalties in Sunday's stunning 27-24 loss to Tampa Bay. That total included a handful of flags thrown for extracurricular activities after that play.

Coach Mike Tomlin calls those types of mistakes "ridiculous" and says his team needs to get it fixed starting next week in Jacksonville.

Defensive end Cam Heyward says the Steelers need to keep their composure. Heyward drew an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty for complaining to an official after Tampa Bay tied the game in the third quarter.

Heyward says he "messed up" and went too far.
