Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Philadelphia Eagles head coach Chip Kelly announced Monday that quarterback Nick Foles has a concussion.

Foles left Sunday's 17-3 loss to the Dallas Cowboys after three quarters with a head injury. The Arizona product, who made his second straight start for an injured Michael Vick, connected on just 11-of-29 passes for 80 yards before exiting.

Rookie quarterback Matt Barkley completed 11-of-20 passes for 129 yards and three interceptions in relief.

Vick has been sidelined since suffering a hamstring injury in Week 5 against the New York Giants.

"The threshold for playing Vick does not change because of Foles' injury. We won't put Vick at risk," Kelly said Monday.

The Eagles play the Giants on Sunday.
