Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Linebacker Mychal Kendricks will miss his second straight game Sunday when the Philadelphia Eagles play the San Francisco 49ers.

Kendricks (calf) also sat out last week's game against the Washington Redskins. The California product has 13 tackles and one sack in two games this season.

Marcus Smith, Emmanuel Acho and Casey Matthews formed a three-man rotation at inside linebacker in place of the injured Kendricks last week.

Center Jason Kelce (hernia) will miss the first of several weeks for the Eagles' injury-riddled offensive line. David Molk will start at center.

Rookie wide receiver Josh Huff (shoulder) is questionable following a full week of practice. The Oregon product has missed the first three games this season.

Offensive lineman Matt Tobin (ankle) will likely make his season debut Sunday. He is listed as probable.
