TAMPA, Fla. – The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have promoted cornerback LaQuan Lewis from the practice squad to the 53-man roster and released cornerback Brandon McDonald.
Lewis entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with Tennessee last year. He has appeared in one game with Tampa Bay and three with Dallas this season.
McDonald was let go Tuesday after appearing in all eight games this season.
The Bucs also announced that tight end LaMark Brown has been signed to the practice squad.
