The Senate meets at 3:00 p.m. ET to resume consideration of the DISCLOSE Act. The campaign finance bill is being pushed by Senate Democrats as a counter to the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision, which ruled that corporate funding of independent political broadcasts cannot be limited under the First Amendment. To date, the bill is shy of the 60 votes it would need to overcome a filibuster.

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce highlights the impact of the new health care law on small businesses at a 9:00 a.m. ET forum. Sen. Mike Johanns, R-Neb., will deliver remarks.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., holds a celebration of the Americans with Disabilities Act’s 20th birthday at 1:00 p.m. ET. The landmark legislation provided for greater access in public areas and buildings to people with mental and physical impairments.
