The reviews are in: Do not go see "Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2."

The "soulless sequel" starring Kevin James didn't receive one positive review on Rotten Tomatoes, as of the film's release date on Friday.

"It takes approximately thirty seconds for Kevin James and Nick Bakay to undo any existing good will viewers might have for its predecessor. 'Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2' succeeds only at being aggravating," one reviewer wrote.

Another listed 20 things that aren't "quite as bad" as the Kevin James film including "when you’re grating cheese, you look away from the serrated edge when you think you’ve got a grove going, and then you slice off the top of your thumb at the joint."

A lot of reviewers commented that James relies heavily on slapstick humor but fails to entertain.

"[The movie] is a boring, lifeless, lazily written movie with Kevin James' cheap, slapstick gags repeated ad nauseam."

More Rotten Tomatoes reviews will likely populate into the website over the weekend, but as of Friday the film had a stunning 0 percent on their "Tomatometer."

"Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2" is in theaters now.
