At 49-years-old, the sultry Cindy Crawford easily outshines aspiring fashionistas half her age.

Now, the seemingly ageless supermodel is finally revealing her beauty secrets. “The secret is that there is no secret,” says Crawford in an interview with Violet Grey, as reported by E! Online. “Do all the stuff we know: Don’t smoke, get enough sleep, drink plenty of water, find what makes you happy.”
We get it, the brunette beauty was blessed with gorgeous genes. But there must be some regimen she follows to maintain her flawless features. Luckily for us, she does, and it's simple. The key, however, is to stay consistent.

“I use SPF day cream every day, cleanser every day and night,” says Crawford. “I definitely use the night crème, eye crème, and the Crème de Serum from my line. What I think is true is that [results are] cumulative. When a 35-year-old starts taking care of her skin, she won’t look different. It’s when you’re my age that you start seeing the payoff.”
Sure, not everyone is going to stock up on Crawford’s skincare line in hopes of looking like the style icon, but experts do insist starting early is crucial for delaying the signs of aging.
“The earlier you start, the better,” says Dr. Julia Tzu, clinical assistant professor of dermatology at New York University School of Medicine, on using a night cream to maintain skin’s hydration. “Prevention is always better than treating an existing problem. I recommend many women in their late twenties start using a thick night-time moisturizer to reduce fine lines and wrinkles that develop in the thirties and forties.”

Another thing to watch out for? It’s all in your head, says Crawford.
“No one tells you about your hair!” she says. “You don’t expect the texture to change and that it will break more easily. I’m definitely kinder to it now. I don’t wash and dry it every day … I’ll sleep with it pinned up.”

Forget calling her Mrs. George Clooney. Amal Alamuddin can be best described as “a triple threat.”

Not only is the 36-year-old Lebanese-born British beauty a renowned human rights lawyer, but she managed to tie down Hollywood’s most famous bachelor, and she has an envious personal style that’s making women everywhere swoon.
“Why are we fascinated? Have you looked at her? Seriously, she is tall, naturally skinny, and is a risk-taker,” says celebrity stylist James Cornwell. “She mixes classic pieces with standout accessories, such as hats and edgy jackets. Also, she never looks overdone, and most of the world can relate to her not being over-styled. It’s effortless for Amal. Plus, she stole a major Hollywood heartthrob!”
Chances are we won’t be snagging a celebrity beau anytime soon, but we still can get some major style inspiration from a woman who’s making the world take notice of her couture alone.
Yes, it’s possible to make it work like Alamuddin.

Unfortunately, the bounce factor for bustier women can be an exercise deterrent. Who wants to go for a run or knock out burpees when every hop, skip and jump leads to pure pain? In fact, we’re pretty sure we all have that friend who’s had to double up on support. What’s more, putting a larger-breasted woman in the wrong bra can have serious health implications.

“If a sports bra has not been specifically designed and built to carry the weight of larger, heavier breasts, the bra straps may be too narrow and exert extra pressure on your shoulders,” explains LaJean Lawson, PhD, a sports bra researcher at Oregon State University and consultant to the sports bra industry.
“If the amount and location of the pressure crosses over an area in the shoulders where nerves and blood vessels exit into the upper arms, a medical condition known as thoracic outlet syndrome can result.” Symptoms of TOS include numbness or tingling in the arms or hands, pain in the neck, shoulder or hands, and even a weaker grip.

So what do the well-endowed need to look for when shopping for a sports bra? Lawson says there are three key things:
#1. Look for minimal (controlled) stretch throughout the bra in areas like the cups, straps and band.
#2. Forgo the traditional sports bra, which has a single flat panel across the front, and opt for one with two separate cups that will control each breast instead.
#3. Choose athletic supporters with more coverage, such as a higher neckline, wider straps and a substantial bottom band.

When it comes to Katharine McPhee, skin is always in.

The 30-year-old “Scorpio” star and former “American Idol” contestant always knows how to sizzle on the red carpet with her signature look: sheer couture.
Whether it’s oh-so-gorgeous gowns or simple slacks, the brunette beauty apparently loves to give her personal style a seductive touch. And while the sheer look is a daring one, McPhee always makes sure to tastefully emphasize her best feature: her lean, coveted curves.
And fortunately for us, celebrity stylists say anyone can go sheer with a few simple tips and tricks.
“Sheer is for everyone," says style expert Sharon Graubard, previously of Stylesight, a company that analyzes fashion trends. “A woman who is not comfortable showing her midriff can still wear sheer sleeves, illusion necklines, insets at the shoulders, or a button-up shirt over a tank top. Just a wide border of sheer at a skirt hem, or sheer insets on a pleated skirt, suggests lingerie and has a sexy, but not overexposed effect.”

“Sheer fabrics are an ideal way to enhance your figure for nighttime looks,” adds style expert Cecelia Myers. “A blouse with sheer sleeves is a great way to show your arms even if they aren’t like Michelle Obama’s. One of my favorite looks is a lace skirt where the liner stops just a few inches before the hem. It allows your legs to be a bit more visible without trying too hard. If you’re worried about it being too revealing, pair some opaque tights with the skirt.”

It is possible to dress up like a stylish mom-to-be, and not a tent. Just ask Zoe Saldana.

When The Hollywood Reporter announced that the 36-year-old actress was expecting with husband Marco Perego, many were patiently wondering how Saldana’s fashion would transform on the red carpet to accommodate her growing baby bump. And fortunately for fans, Saldana continues to dazzle with her countless chic ensembles.
From satin to lace, there’s nothing Saldana, who is allegedly due sometime in the winter, won’t rock flawlessly. And expecting mothers can also channel some of the star’s personal style with ease.
“Pregnant women should stay true to their pre-pregnancy style, but attention must be paid to waistlines,” advises maternity fashion designer Rosie Pope. “It is best to choose one asset that you feel the best about playing up and pick a style that accentuates it. A belt over the belly and beneath the bust can prevent a tent-like look.”

“Generally speaking, tight silhouettes that embrace the growing bump look good until the last trimester,” adds Pope. “At that point, it is better to switch over to flowing fabrics that will hide other areas of your body that you may not be feeling great about at that point in your pregnancy.”

Sure, gray, or that seemingly plain shade between black and white, may appear too dreary to flaunt, but stylists insist it’s the perfect way to amp up your wardrobe to look effortlessly chic — if done correctly.
“According to color psychology, gray is conservative and drab. However, it’s also elegant and formal,” explains California-based stylist Nicole Busch of Share Some Style. “Gray is a chameleon. It conforms, especially when paired with other colors. I personally love gray and camel together. Nothing says rich and polished like that combination.”
