After another chilly and breezy morning, temperatures across the Northeast will rebound by this afternoon, then even be above average tomorrow and Thursday, before the next cold snap.
Snow, rain, and freezing rain will stretch from the Front Range and Plains to the Midwest today. Wind gusts to 50mph are also creating whiteout and blizzard conditions across northeastern Colorado and northwestern Kansas. This wintry precipitation reaches the interior Northeast on Wednesday.
