Cold weather hangs on for another day across the East and the South with temperatures 10-20 degrees below average.
The West Coast remains active with several systems moving inland bringing heavy rain and snow over the higher elevations.
Some of this energy will make its way into the central plains bringing a wintry mix from Oklahoma up into the Great Lakes.
