As we count down to Super Bowl 50 in Santa Clara, it's time to look back on the magical and memorable moments in the 49 previous Super Bowls. FOX Sports senior NFL writer Alex Marvez has ranked the 50 greatest moments in the big game's big history, and every weekday from now until Feb. 7 we'll unveil the latest addition to our countdown. Today, we look back at moment No. 31, when Super Bowl V ended on a field goal.

Super Bowl V is best remembered for the mistakes, turnovers and penalties made by both Dallas and the Baltimore Colts.

But when it came time to win the game, Colts kicker Jim O'Brien was perfect.

The rookie made a 32-yard field goal with five seconds remaining to lift Baltimore to victory.

O'Brien's kick served as the only last-second field goal to win a Super Bowl for 31 years until New England's Adam Vinatieri converted to beat St. Louis in Super Bowl 36.

Here are highlights from Super Bowl V.

Final score: Baltimore 16, Dallas 13
