Toronto, ON (SportsNetwork.com) - Toronto Raptors guard Kyle Lowry injured his left ring finger tendon during the third quarter of Wednesday's 108-72 win over the Memphis Grizzlies.

Lowry will wear a protective splint over the finger for the next six weeks. He will be able to practice and play with the injury, however, he did not travel with the team to Milwaukee for Toronto's preseason finale on Friday.

The Raptors open the regular season on Wednesday at home against the Boston Celtics.
