Alameda, CA (SportsNetwork.com) - The Oakland Raiders signed former San Diego Chargers wide receiver Vincent Brown on Tuesday.
Brown was recently waived/injured by San Diego after missing most of training camp with a calf issue.
He played in 30 career games (16 starts) for the Chargers, catching 60 passes for 801 yards and three touchdowns. The 25-year-old missed the entire 2012 season with a broken ankle.
The Raiders also waived linebacker Bojay Filimoeatu.
