Pittsburgh, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Another day, another bit of bad luck on the health front for the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Club head coach Mike Johnston announced just prior to Tuesday's game against the Tampa Bay Lightning that forward Blake Comeau will miss several weeks with an upper-body injury.

The news comes one day after the team sent three players home to be tested for an outbreak of mumps which had already caused captain Sidney Crosby to miss time.

Comeau has responded well to his first season in the Steel City, totaling 11 goals and 19 points in 32 games. His career bests in goals (24), assists (22) and points (46) all occurred in 2010-11 with the Islanders.

Earlier in the day, the Pens recalled forward Dominik Uher from Wilkes- Barre/Scranton of the American Hockey League.
