Novak Djokovic won his fourth Dubai Championships title on Saturday by beating third-seeded Tomas Berdych 7-5, 6-3.

The top-ranked Djokovic extended his unbeaten streak this year to 13 matches and has beaten Berdych in 13 of their last 14 meetings.

The sixth-ranked Czech broke first to go up 3-2 in the first set with a crosscourt winner. But Djokovic ran off three straight games to go up 5-4 — saving three break points in the ninth game — and then broke Berdych a second time when he double-faulted.

Djokovic broke to go up 5-3 in the second, and saved a break point in the next game before clinching the victory with a forehand winner.
