Notre Dame quarterback Tommy Rees and linebacker Carlo Calabrese were arrested early Thursday morning.

The South Bend Tribune cited St. Joseph County police as saying Rees was arrested for public intoxication, resisting law enforcement, minor consumption and battery to law enforcement. Calabrese was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and was released on $150 bond.

Rees, who will turn 20 years old on May 22, started 12 games last season as a sophomore. Calabrese, 21, played all 13 games last season.
