Garden City, KS (SportsNetwork.com) - Min Lee closed with a 3-under 69 on Saturday and rallied to win the Garden City Charity Classic by one stroke.
Lee, last week's runner-up, ended her first Symetra Tour title at 6-under-par 210 at Buffalo Dunes Golf Club.
The Taiwan native started the day tied for fourth, but quickly made a move with birdies on one and two. After three pars in a row, Lee birdied the sixth to get to 6-under.
Lee tripped to a bogey on the eighth, but came right back with a birdie on No. 9. She finished the tournament with nine consecutive pars.
Rebecca Artis shared the lead entering the final round, but closed with an even-par 72. She tied for second place with Jessica Wallace (71) at minus-5. Veronica Felibert posted a 2-under 70 and took fourth at 4-under 212.
Karlin Beck, the other second-round leader, stumbled to a 3-over 75, which dropped her into a share of fifth at 2-under 214.
