So a group of New England Patriots fans sued the NFL over its decision to take away the team's first-round pick this season and fourth-round pick in 2017 as the punishment for its role in Deflategate.
The suit seemed like a joke -- they cited emotional distress, after all -- but it got a very real response from a Massachusetts federal judge on its way to dismissal, according to the Boston Herald.
