New York, NY – New York Jets offensive lineman Rob Turner will reportedly need surgery to repair a broken right leg.
The primary backup for the offensive line, Turner broke the leg in the first quarter of Monday's 20-16 loss to Houston.
The New York Post is reporting that the 26-year-old, who turns 27 on Saturday, will have surgery on the leg later this week and it is unknown how long he will be out.
He has played in 41 games over his four seasons in the NFL after signing with the Jets as an undrafted free agent out of New Mexico in 2007.
