Salt Lake City, UT (SportsNetwork.com) - The Utah Jazz signed forwards Jack Cooley and Chris Johnson to multi-year contracts on Thursday.

Johnson averaged 7.0 points, 1.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.5 steals in two games while playing with the Jazz on a 10-day contract earlier this year.

Cooley signed his most recent 10-day contract with the Jazz on March 16 and has appeared in six games, averaging 1.7 points in 4.3 minutes per contest.

The Jazz also waived guard Ian Clark, who averaged 1.9 points in 23 games this season.
