Berkeley, CA – University of California head basketball coach Mike Montgomery announced on Wednesday that last season's leading scorer, Justin Cobbs, has sustained a fracture in his right foot.
Specifically, the redshirt senior guard sustained the injury to the fifth metatarsal in his foot and will need six to eight weeks of recovery time.
The two-time All-Pac-12 selection averaged 15.1 points and a team-leading 4.8 assists for the Golden Bears in 2012-13.
