The Chicago Cubs have recalled pitcher Brooks Raley from Triple-A Iowa and sent fellow lefty Chris Rusin to the minor league club.

Raley, slated to start Saturday's game against Colorado, joined the Cubs for a third time this season. He entered the contest with a record of 1-2 and a 7.63 earned run average in three starts, earning his first big league win last Saturday in the second game of a doubleheader against Cincinnati.

In 22 combined starts between Double-A Tennessee and Iowa this season, Raley is 6-10 with a 3.58 ERA.

Rusin, had his contract selected from Iowa last Tuesday and started that night against Milwaukee. He took the loss in his big league debut, despite allowing only one run on one hit with two walks in five innings.
