Tony Romo is scrambling and throwing and he's protecting the ball, too.

The Dallas Cowboys quarterback was still getting asked about his mad scramble in Philadelphia four days after he saved a drive that led to a tying score. Romo escaped the grasp of one pass rusher and made another grab air before completing a 25-yard pass to Miles Austin.

Lost in the hoopla of the 38-23 win was Romo having his second straight turnover-free game. He still has a league-high 13 interceptions, and will always have the reputation as a free-wheeler who can be careless with the ball.

The Cowboys will need the elusive combination of magical plays and no interceptions if they want to make a playoff push starting with three straight home games. Cleveland visits Sunday.
