Amsterdam, The Netherlands (SportsNetwork.com) - Simon P. Brown was declared the winner of the Dutch Senior Open on Sunday after the final round of the tournament was canceled due to heavy overnight rain and flooding.

Brown carded a 2-under 71 at The International on Saturday to grab the overnight lead at 3-under-par 143, which proved good enough to earn him his second career European Senior Tour title.

The tour rookie earned his first career win at the Russian Open Golf Championship four weeks ago.

Ross Drummond captured second place at 1-under, while Paul Eales, Jose Manuel Carriles and Marc Farry shared third at even-par 146.

Miguel Angel Martin, Gordon Manson, Phil Jonas, Philip Golding and Paul Wesselingh tied for sixth at 1-over.
