Mexico City, Mexico (SportsNetwork.com) - Martin Bravo scored on either side of the intermission on Saturday to lift UNAM to a 2-1 victory over Leon at the Estadio Leon.

The visitors snagged the early lead as Bravo struck for his side just nine minutes into the match. But Leon responded with an equalizing tally from Luis Montes in the 26th minute.

UNAM then seized control of the match in the second half as Bravo gave the club the lead when he completed his brace in the 68th minute.

Leon sent numbers forward looking for an equalizer, but it wasn't to be and UNAM came away with an important three points.

The result sees UNAM rise to fourth place in the Mexican Clausura table on 10 points, six behind league leaders Cruz Azul, while Leon remains in 14th place with five points from its first six matches.

Also in Mexico on Saturday, Hirving Lozano netted the only goal of the match to lift Pachuca to a 1-0 win over America, while Alan Pulido and Andres Renteria swapped goals as Tigres and Santos played to a 1-1 draw.

Finally on Saturday, Egidio Arevalo and Arturo Gonzalez traded tallies as Atlas and Morelia played to a 1-1 stalemate.

On Sunday, Marco Fabian scored inside the first minute of play and added a second goal eight minutes from time to lead Cruz Azul to a comfortable 4-1 victory over Atlante.

Aldo De Nigris scored four minutes into proceedings to lift Guadalajara to a 1-0 win over Puebla, while Toluca earned a 2-0 result against Jaguares.

In Sunday's final fixture, Queretaro was down to nine players by the 50th minute of play, but still came away with a 2-0 win over Veracruz.

On Friday, Dario Benedetto and Cristian Pellerano scored inside the final 15 minutes to send Tijuana to a 2-1 victory over Monterrey.
