Miami Police said pop singer Justin Bieber was arrested for drunk driving and drag racing Thursday morning in Miami Beach in the latest incident for the super-star mired in an egg vandalism scandal and a very public breakup.

Bieber was allegedly drag racing in a yellow Lamborghini when he was spotted by police, stopped, and then failed a sobriety test.

Miami Dade-Police spokesman Sgt. Bobby Hernandez told Fox News affiliate station WSVN that officers saw two cars racing at 4 in the morning on Thursday.

Hernandez said two vehicles apparently had been used to block off an area to race. He said the second car was a red Ferrari, and that driver was also arrested. Both cars were towed.

Hernandez said 19-year-old Bieber failed a field sobriety test and was taken to the Miami Beach police station for a Breathalyzer and processing. Hernandez said Bieber was expected to be transported to the Miami-Dade County jail.

It's the latest incident for the super-star who has been on a troubled track as of late.

Recently in California, detectives searched Bieber's home for evidence he might have been involved in egg-tossing vandalism at a neighbor's home.

Meanwhile, in a possible slight to on-again off-again beau Bieber, his now single ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez is publicly wondering if there are any guys out there who can handle her.

Because if there is such a guy, the 21-year-old brunette beauty says, she has not met him yet.

Who knows. But that is what she said, in no uncertain terms, in an interview with Seventeen Magazine, which features her on its March cover.

Gomez said she turned to another star, Katy Perry, who’s had her own high-profile relationship troubles, for guidance.

I haven't found someone yet who could understand my lifestyle, support it, love me through it, and not be threatened by it.

"I actually talked to Katy Perry about guys who are intimidated by strong girls," she said, according to published reports. "I haven't found someone yet who could understand my lifestyle, support it, love me through it, and not be threatened by it. It's hard. I do think I might scare some guys, because I'm like, 'I want to change the world! I have dreams! What do you want to do?' But I only know how to be me."

Gomez’s description of herself as single and still searching comes on the heels of recent rumors that she and 19-year-old Bieber are “on” again.

The rumors were fueled by a selfie that Bieber posted on one of his social media accounts showing him and Gomez looking very lovey-dovey. And just after that, the two were sighted together in California.

In the issue, titled “Power Issue,” Gomez conceded that she felt dwarfed by the talented other young people she came of age with at work and in the industry.

"This year is when I really started feeling powerful," she said. "I had always been the underdog secretly. I was on Disney when it was Miley [Cyrus], the Jonas Brothers, and Demi [Lovato]. I questioned the way I looked, acted, sang, and wrote."

But things are changing, she said.

“I turned 20, went through a really bad breakup, and realized I needed to have 'Come & Get It' be amazing,” she reportedly said. “I wanted it all to be me. I'm glad it's taken me this long to get where I am because now I am ready for it.”
