A Russian paramedic reportedly has been fired for taking a series of horrific selfies in front of dying patients.

Tatiana Kulikova, 25, posted the images on social media while on duty in an emergency ambulance in the city of Kirov, Russia, according to The Mirror.

One photo showed Kulikova giving the middle finger to an accident victim with the caption, “another moron.” A different photo showed Kulikova in front of a heart attack patient with the caption “How I hate my job.”

City emergency service officials fired Kulikova after she admitted to taking the pictures, The Mirror reports.

"As soon as we were alerted to these images online we suspended the paramedic in question. After an investigation was carried out, the employee was fired,” a spokesperson said.
