Iran is ready to resume negotiations on a nuclear fuel swap "without conditions," according to the country's envoy to the IAEA.

Iran's Ali-Asghar Soltaniyeh reportedly met Monday with IAEA chief Yukiya Amano and announced that the Islamic Republic is ready to resume talks with the Vienna-based nuclear watchdog group.

"The clear message of this letter was Iran's complete readiness to hold negotiations over the fuel for the Tehran reactor without any conditions," Soltaniyeh reportedly said after the meeting.
