Police in Chicago were searching Saturday for the suspect in a domestic stabbing that injured three people.

An argument between family members at a residence in the city's Lawndale neighborhood led to the attack at around 3:15am, the Chicago Tribune reported.

The unidentified suspect picked up a kitchen knife and stabbed three relatives. A 35-year-old woman was stabbed in the thigh, a 15-year-old girl was stabbed in the chest and an 18-year-old man was stabbed in the shoulder, Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Laura Kubiak said.

The suspect was still at large Saturday afternoon, according to the Tribune.

All three victims were taken to Mount Sinai Hospital in unknown condition. Their injuries were not believed to be threatening.
