Yanks-Rays finale washed out

Bronx, NY – Sunday's game between the Tampa Bay Rays and the New York Yankees has been postponed due to rain.

A make-up date has yet to be determined.

James Shields, coming off his eighth complete game -- and fourth shutout -- of 2011, was scheduled to start for the Rays, who split the first two games of this series.

A.J. Burnett was slated to toe the rubber for New York.
