Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Jimmy Walker won the first event of the 2013-14 PGA Tour wrap-around season, and that helped him jump to 45th in this week's world golf rankings.

Walker moved up 21 spots from No. 66 last week. The win was his first in 188 PGA Tour starts.

Ahead of him, there was little change as many of the top players took the week off. The top 12 golfers stayed the same with Tiger Woods again being followed by Adam Scott, Phil Mickelson, Henrik Stenson, Justin Rose, Rory McIlroy, Steve Stricker, Matt Kuchar, Brandt Snedeker, Jason Dufner, Zach Johnson and Graeme McDowell.

The first movement was Luke Donald inching up one to 13, which pushed Jim Furyk down one to 14. Keegan Bradley and Jason Day remained 15th and 16th.

Charl Schwartzel moved up two places to No. 17 and that bumped Sergio Garcia and Lee Westwood down one each to 18 and 19. Jordan Spieth held steady in the 20th spot.

David Lynn earned his second European Tour title on Sunday and that helped him soar 18 places to No. 34 this week.
