SOCHI, Russia – New laws are being adopted across the United States that forbid automobile drivers from talking on their cell phones while driving.

In Russia, there appears to be no such regulations applying to Zamboni drivers at Bolshoy Ice Dome, as evidenced by this tweet from AP Sports Writer Greg Beacham: https://twitter.com/gregbeacham/status/435367086299574273 .
