Kyle Cassity scored 13 points to lead Saint Louis to a 68-55 victory over Fordham on Wednesday night.

Dwayne Evans added 12 points and the Billikens (7-11, 2-3 Atlantic 10 Conference) shot 63.6 percent from the field in the second half (14 of 22).

Saint Louis used a 12-0 run midway through the second half to turn a 40-39 deficit into a 51-40 lead with 8:33 to play. Cassity capped the run with a 3-pointer and then added a layup for a 56-42 lead with 7:14 left.

Fordham's Chris Gaston had 24 points and 10 rebounds for his 10th double-double of the season, but the Rams (6-10, 0-4), shot just 29.8 percent from the field (14 of 47), including 1 for 8 from the 3-point line (12.5 percent). Fordham, however, shot 81.3 percent (26 of 32) from the free-throw line.

Cody Ellis chipped in with 11 points for Saint Louis.

Branden Frazier added 11 points for Fordham.
