Backup New York Giants running back Peyton Hillis is out of Sunday's game against Seattle after suffering a concussion in the first quarter.

Hillis was taken back to the Giants locker room at the end of the first quarter. He had one carry for 4 yards in the first quarter and was also credited with a tackle on a kickoff return late in the first quarter.

Hillis' injury leaves the Giants thin at running back. Starter Rashad Jennings did not make the trip to Seattle leaving Andre Williams as the starter. The only other active running back for the Giants was Michael Cox.
