RKC Waalwijk earned a resounding 4-0 win over fourth-place Utrecht at Mandemakers Stadion on Saturday thanks to four different scorers.

Teddy Chevalier opened the scoring for the home side in the fifth minute, but the contest remained narrow until Waalwijk exploded for three goals in the span of nine minutes.

Florian Jozefzoon doubled the lead in the 74th minute before Imad Najah added another two minutes later.

Sander Duits put an exclamation point on the result, tacking on one last goal in the 83rd minute to see Waalwijk's winless run in league play come to an end at eight games.

Waalwijk improves to 13 points, while Utrecht remains stuck on 21 points.

Also on Saturday, Venlo cruised to a 4-1 defeat of Willem II, Jozy Altidore scored a second-half equalizer in AZ Alkmaar's 2-2 draw at Den Haag, and Rick ten Voorde scored a brace as NEC edged Heracles, 3-2, to extend its unbeaten streak to five matches.
