East Rutherford, NJ (SportsNetwork.com) - The New England Patriots will be without wide receiver Julian Edelman for today's AFC East contest against the New York Jets.

Edelman is sidelined due to a thigh injury and a concussion. Danny Amendola will start in his place.

Also out for the Patriots is running back LeGarrette Blount (shoulder). That means Jonas Gray should get more carries.

Jets defensive end Muhammad Wilkerson returns after missing three games with turf toe.

The Patriots have already clinched the division title, but can sew up a first- round bye with a victory today.
