Mississippi has extended baseball coach Mike Bianco's contract through the 2015 season.

Ole Miss athletic director Ross Bjork said Friday that Bianco's salary, which is about $600,000 per season, will not change.

Bianco's 13-year tenure has been marked by consistent winning, but some frustration because of the program's inability to get to the College World Series. The Rebels have made the NCAA tournament in 11 of Bianco's 13 seasons and advanced to the super regional round four times.

Ole Miss recently finished its season after losing to William and Mary in an NCAA tournament regional. The Rebels had a 38-24 record, including a 15-15 record in the Southeastern Conference.
