Johnson commits future to Manchester City
Manchester, England – Manchester City winger Adam Johnson signed a contract extension on Wednesday that ties him to the club until 2015.
Johnson joined City from Middlesbrough in January 2010, and despite still having over two years remaining on his previous contract, the club has secured his future with a new deal.
The 24-year-old has tallied nine goals in 66 appearances for the Citizens, while also breaking into the England squad by earning his first cap in February 2010 and going on to score two times in nine games for the Three Lions.
