Fulham announced the signing of Wolfsburg winger Ashkan Dejagah on Friday for an undisclosed fee.

The Iran international makes the move to Craven Cottage on a three-year contract with an option for a further year, tying him to Fulham until at least 2015.

Dejagah, 26, made over 150 appearances for Wolfsburg in his five seasons at the club, while he spent three years at Hertha Berlin before that.

"I'm very happy to be signing for Fulham and to come and play in the Premier League," Dejagah told the club's website. "I know Sascha [Riether] well and he told me very good things about the club and, after I had spoken to the manager and heard about the project here, I was convinced. So I am happy to be here and will give my best for the club and our fans."
