Brandon Jennings scored 25 points to lead the Milwaukee Bucks past the Toronto Raptors, 92-86, on Monday.

Ersan Ilyasova netted 19 points, 11 of which came in the fourth quarter, and grabbed 15 rebounds. Monta Ellis contributed 17 points for the Bucks, who swept the three-game season series.

Milwaukee entered the night with a slim chance of making the playoffs, but Philadelphia's win earlier Monday night officially eliminated the Bucks.

James Johnson paced the visitors with 22 points and 13 boards while Gary Forbes and Linas Kleiza each supplied 15 points off the bench, but the Raptors dropped their fourth straight.
