If you’re looking to live like a Kardashian, it turns out you can, but of course it will set you back quite a bit.
Reality TV star Kim Kardashian’s Beverly Hills starter home is back on the market, according to reports from TMZ reports. For just $5.5 million, the five bedroom, four-and-a-half bath residence in sunny Southern California could be yours.
The 3,800 square foot Tuscan-style estate is where NBA player Kris Humphries proposed to his then-girlfriend in 2011 on “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” before their short-lived 72-day marriage.
Kardashian purchased it back in 2010 for $3.4 million before selling it for a profit at $3.6 million two years later after she made some custom improvements, according to TMZ.
The Italian-style home features a huge master suite—where Humphries popped the question, spelling out his proposal in rose petals on the bed—with a fireplace, custom walk-in closet, bath with soaking tub and views of the garden.
Outside, there’s patio with another fireplace and pool with a mini waterfall.
Kim certainly isn’t the only Kardashian family member with a taste for expensive real estate.
Her little sister, Kylie Jenner, recently rented a cliffside mansion in Beverly Hills for $125,000 a month while her $12 million home undergoes renovations. Jenner owns a total of three mansions and she's only 19.
